Hanbo Jutsu with Mike Loonam – Lausanne
|
The Bujinkan Dojo Lausanne is proud to invite your for two days of training with Sensei Mike, we strongly wish that Bujinkan practitioners can discover a perspective close to the source and allow them to get a better understanding of what the practice is as lived in Japan.
To paraphrase or summarize in a word the style of teaching from Mike:! Excellent! – He demonstrates well the key elements of a movement, exchanges directly with the training partners when he arrives to advise and help to capture every movement. This is a golden opportunity to everyone to develop his skills and grasp a concrete idea of what is taught.
Primary points and impressions gathered after completing his teaching is the feeling of discovering to be more lightweight, dynamic and secure in our movement. Mike also insists on the tactic of creating opportunities within the movement and to not freeze. This approach helps to deepen the roots of what is originally worked.
The use of timing in Mike is flawless - that is what one would expect from a student of Noguchi Sensei. He knows to place himself just in the right place at the right moment. We can only strongly recommend training with Mike to anyone who has the chance to do so.
Join us on the tatami !!! Gambatte kudasai !

Food and accommodation
water and some snacks will be available throughout these two days. But we recommend that you bring with you something that match your diet. We voluntarily decided to not get a formal lunch break and we will have short water and food breaks during the two days (max. 15 minutes) Our main focus is training, not falling asleep after a long meal. Saturday evening meal: If you want you can join us for a real meal (that time, finally) in city downtown, let know us if you want to join us. Prepare around thirty Francs for that. Sadly there is no possibility to sleep in the training hall. Liste d'Hôtels Hotel List |
